Construction of this 320,000-square-foot, 61-story high-end residential tower in Manhattan included 99 apartments, amenity spaces, a fitness center, and commercial and retail space. Five Star Electric’s scope included new electrical service switchgear, general power, lighting, lighting control, fire alarm, telecommunications, and normal and emergency power systems.
