B. Steven Ostrovsky serves as Vice President of Operations at Five Star Electric, where he oversees complex capital construction initiatives for major public transportation agencies in the New York and New Jersey metropolitan area. He joined the firm in 1999 after building a progressive career in the construction and engineering industry, advancing through engineering, project leadership, and executive roles with well reputable organizations.

In his role at Five Star, Mr. Ostrovsky provides operational leadership across large-scale projects, with a focus on execution, coordination, and long-term value creation. He is a registered Professional Engineer in multiple states and holds a Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.  Mr. Ostrovsky continues to apply his technical expertise and leadership experience to support strategic growth and operational excellence across the organization.
