The Lucida, also known as the 1269 Lexington Avenue Project, is a residential and retail building in the Upper East Side of Manhattan, New York. It has 122 large apartment units, 110 of which are condominiums. The glass-clad building occupies the block between 85th and 86th streets and has substantial retail space on the first and second floors, occupied by Barnes & Noble, Sephora and H&M.
